Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Collaborate with senior management.Recruitment and on boarding: Manage the full cycle of recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, selection and offer conduct on boarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new employees.HR Information Systems: Oversee the management of HRIS and ensure accurate up- to- date employee data, prepare attendance and salary, collaborate with IT to enhance the usability of HRIS platform to Admin and ESS users.Attendance and Payroll Management: Develop and enforce polices and procedures related to employee attendance, timings, leaves ensure with labor laws for various types of leaves such as CL, PL, SL, EL, Maternity leaves etc. prepare monthly salary registers,maintain and monitor PF ESIC,PT and Income taxes. and convey to Finance dept. to salary disburse on time. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts. Resolve issues effectively and promote a positive work culture. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues. Provide guidance on goal setting and professional development.Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits. Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages. Manage payroll processing and compliance with applicable regulations.Statutory Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with labor laws, like- EPF, ESIC, and Compliance under CLRA, BOCW regulations, with local, state and central labor laws and regulations ensure. Liaison with Government Authorities for statutory compliances.
