Third Party Inspection at supplier end according to the QAP,ITP, Process Sheet and PO requirement. Independently handling the IREPS software for scheduling the inspection, generate the IC(inspection Certificate) 4. Process and Product Audit at supplier end to meet the customer requirement. NCR Management- Raise the NCR for and deficiencies in product and take the RCA and CAPA from the supplier to stop occurrence and reoccurrence. Ensuring the supplier used the appropriate RCA and CAPA in 8D format. Generate the IVR (Inspection Visit Report as well as provide the IRN (Inspection Release Note) to the customers. Ensure the product proper traceability with identifications.
