   Key Responsibility Areas i) QonQ Auditor/Case Reviewer (Apr2023 to till date) • To perform retrospective review of cases basis sample size as per ANSI methodology.• To re-review the work of Peer review workflow and helps to manage the quality of work produced to clients. Also, follow the practice of giving quality audit score and healthy feedback to the individuals so as to ensure the compliance and quality both. • Provide inputs for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive actions for Client identified errors. • Track and analyse the top defects of the team to identify the training needs and provide appropriate feedback to the case processor. • Drive the case correction for error(s) identified during audit Organize/drive calibration sessions for case processor and addressing the queries of case processor.Other Management Activities: • To lead the team in absence of L1 Manager as a Team captain. • To involve in On-boarding and Off-boarding of ‘Process’ employee. • To maintain the training files/SOP of employee as per Wipro policy. ii) Peer Reviewer (Mar2019 to Apr 2023) • Evaluate the cases for accuracy, consistency and completeness in the safety database (ARGUS) against the source document. • Check consistency of narrative and other data fields, Finalize/update/generate follow up letter as needed per Work Instructions - SOP.• Ensure all appropriate action has been completed (e.g, other manufacturer notification, non-assessed letter, LP, action item to forward reports to PQC Group, litigation intake, refund requests) Case Processor (Apr2018 to Mar2019) • Responsible for process of Case triage (ICSRs), checking duplicate cases, book-in into the system workflow. • Data entry in the appropriate data entry workflow in accordance with the report from mapping instructions. • Ensure accurate and consisting coding of medical history, relevant tests and adverse event as per case assessments.
