   Employee record maintain in excel and updated in People Soft. Responsible for bulk hiring and on-boarding (off roll employees) based on business forecasts. Time Office- attendance and leave management in Hamara HR time management system. Prepare monthly payroll input and share with central payroll team & check & validate final payroll. Handling employee grievance related to salary, F&F, Provident fund, ESIC etc. & coordinate with manpower vendor for resolving their problems immediately. Statutory Compliance- Contract Labour Management, PF, ESIC, LWF, Employee Bonus, Maternity Leave, Employee Gratuity, Minimum Wage and Payment of wage etc. Preparing various employees report (Schedule vs actual, ramp-down, DPM report, physical presence, and other daily and weekly & monthly report). Preparing HR MIS Report as require weekly and monthly attrition report, monthly and peak season budgeting. Bulk hiring as per requirement. New Employee Orientation New joiner on boarding, Onboarding in HRMS system, provide appointment letter, help in opening new bank a/c if require. Full & final settlement of exit employee. Manage statutory compliance of contract labour and company employees. Closely work with business operation team and provide HR Support as possible. Organize various employee engagement program during peak time and weekly to motivate and energies to employee, month birth round table actives, FGD with employee, security staff and HK staff to listen their problem and grievance, organized monthly All Hand Meeting employees, Daily HR Gemba with employee. Maintain Industrial Relation on shop floor. Implement organization R&R program. Maintaining SPPR/SQPR, Mastermind, Apologies and Other Feedback Tracker Soft and Hardcopy.
