Project : Common Wealth Bank Of Australia (CBA)Organizing & facilitating sprint ceremonies while ensuring the effectiveness ofthe Scrum Identifying and eliminating impediments (also encouraging team)hindering team delivery. Supporting product owners in maintaining the health of the backlog.Assisting internal & external communication, enhancing transparency, andradiating information using insights from each sprint, striving towardsenhancing team’s velocity.Collaborating with fellow scrum master’s in SOS to identify improvementopportunities across delivery processes.iteration/sprint planning meetings – Protect the team from over-committingand scope creep. Aid in estimation and sub task creation.Gathering requirements from onshore application team and service managersabout banking application needs to be onboarded to IAM tool.Partnering with application owners and dev team to ensure all the requiredvalidations applied.On the requirement I will work on the technical analysis to identify theTechnical Complexity and its associated dependencies with other systems.The Required change analysis will be explained to the various internal teamsand will get the approval for the same to proceed with the change. Will provide for the Demo for the Production ops team for the technical changefor the Release Process.Will co-ordinate the Business User (End user) for the BVT on the Releaseprocess and confirm the successful change implementation.Requirement evaluation, documentation, BVT, dev team collaboration, changemanagement to ensure each application is onboarded successfully.
