I created the Drifter→Shifter framework and the DACAS model (Drift → Awareness → Clarity → Action → Shift) to help individuals recognize how they think, decide, and act—so they can move with greater clarity, focus, consistency, and purpose. This work extends beyond the individual level. I created Drifter→Shifter (DACAS) because most of us are running inherited patterns on autopilot. Drift is human.
