Assist in the supervision of OIT NJDOC Help Desk, organize and direct duty schedule for our team of I.T. Support Specialist • Level I Help Desk Support - Including password resets, desktop support for Mainframe DBAs, PMIS, TALRS, and other apps • Level II Help Desk Support (remote support using ZCM)- Windows Operating System support, Microsoft Office Suite, Novell, IDM, Email support, and light network troubleshooting, communicate with colleagues to ensure efficient task completion • Writing specifications for new computer programs, constructing workflow diagrams, generating user documentation, recommending process and design changes to case management systems • McAfee Helpdesk Ticket Management - Work with our support teams to provide timely and transparent customer support of all incidents, requests, and necessary escalations • Work on various IT Research & Development projects, Perform other related duties as required
