Career Highlights- Reorganized the Financial Department, creating new processes to improve the quality of reporting and decision making in investments- Responsible for the internalization of the account that was previously being executed by an outsourced company. I participated in the recruitment of the team and elaboration of all the processes that had to be fulfilled internally- Redesigned the report creation process of a team of 23 employees, and after 3 months, all the reports were efficiently sent one day before the deadline, with the accurate information- Collaborated with the initial Startup projects from the beginning, including suppliers negotiation and fiscal and financial impact to the headquarters- Generated all management reports for the final presentation to the main office- Established and maintained an effective analysis and report system, consolidating the capital expenditure of the two company’s businesses (energetic drinks and sports).
