About Almonir Mansour
Almonir Mansour received his BSc degree in Electrical engineering from Higher institute of electronics, in 1998. In 2007 he received his MSc degree in Microwaves and Communication engineering from Sirte University, Libya. He worked as an electrical engineer at GMRWUA company from 1998 to 2008 and then jointed ECE department at Misuratah University as Lecturer assistance. He joined University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2013 as a graduate student. His research area is about RF switchable and tunable devices using ferroelectric and piezoelectric with low loss tangent and high quality factor. In this research he focuses on SMR BAW devices design, fabrication, and characterization, Photolithography, High Temperature Furnaces, Metal Deposition Equipment, Ion Milling Apparatus, Microelectronic measurements, X-Ray Diffractometer, and 150 GSG Probe using K&S Probe Station, wafer fabrication and characterization, temperature characterization of BAW devices.
