I’m proud to be part of the Boston Area Health Education Center (BAHEC), a vital program dedicated to building a diverse healthcare workforce in Boston. My key contributions include:Alumni Engagement: Reconnecting alumni through an updated directory and regular communication, including newsletters, to strengthen our community.Impact Evaluation: Developing strategies for effective program evaluations—both pre-post and longitudinal—to standardize data collection and analysis.Social Justice Curriculum: Designing a curriculum that covers critical topics like race, racism, intersectionality, social determinants of health, reproductive rights, gun violence, homelessness, and harm reduction. This curriculum highlights the link between advocacy and public health while introducing youth to careers in social justice.I\'m passionate about fostering diversity in healthcare and empowering the next generation of leaders.
