Currently involved with market expansion, acquisition, new store construction and operations development. Direct Reports 4 Directors 4 Regional managers and 50 district managers. Ongoing involvement in development and expansion of new locations and acquisition of competing franchise business. Annual Sales of over $500 million. Primary contact of new resources for the expending company structure and vision. Involved with negotiations, construction, planning and contractual agreement between purchasing franchisees and new development. Restructured entire portfolio of restaurants. Increase training metrics to average of 95% completion rate and become first company that has 11 training regions for external and internal groups. Sales currently are 3.7% and total brand sales are at 5% comp. Staffing retention is at 72% currently and an increase of 22%. Directly developed channels and programs for higher talent and more quality recruiting. Directly implanted procurement of our POS and back office systems across several markets and brands. Created quarterly and monthly bonus structure that directly related on higher performance and retention of District and General Managers. Promoted and developed 12 Directors into roles of Vice Presidents for several different positions internally and but also for another companies. Along with my leadership we acquired 4 different companies and converted them to high performing teams. Our Last ACR scores are at 87%. Currently we continue to acquire and build new locations. Our robust training program and expansion plans are directly related to our performance and trust by our RBI partners. Currently on the board of brand development and research for our parent company.
