Responsible for new accounts assigned; compiling telecom services inventory; analysis and investigation of telecom usage charges with the help of invoices and customer service representatives; identifying billing errors; working in collaboration with people from other divisions like telecom, networking system, IT, finance,etc. Assist in technical advice to employees in other divisions to ensure a process is followed to allow efficient implementation and clear lines of communication within team members.
