Provide guidance for the Portfolio Management and Special Assets Groups in support of the overall credit quality objectives of Byline Small Business Capital. A key responsibility of this role is reviewing and assessing credit risk in the portfolio and ensuring the BAG team is administering credits appropriately given the identified level of risk. Develop and monitor monthly portfolio reports as necessary for management, internal departments and/or board use to include: Watch list, delinquency, concentration, stress, and static pool as well as any other reports deemed necessary to support credit administration of the SBC portfolio, providing summary analysis highlighting trends and areas of concern.
