Utilize below links for more information- Current counseling approach is eclectic and education focused. Primarily utilizes Person-Centered Therapy, with supporting concepts from Adlerian Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)- Provides evidence-based counseling services to children, adults and families. Presenting concerns primarily treated: trauma, attachment, ADHD, parenting, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation- Assesses patient needs and develops appropriate individual treatment plans- Multidisciplinary collaborative approach with professionals, including but not limited to PAs, NPs, MDs, and educators, for coordination of patient care- Develops/implements crisis plans and counseling when necessary- Performs alcohol and drug use assessments; counseling and/or referring when appropriate - Utilizes community and online resources for education, outreach, and advocacy purposes.
