Allyson Spuller is the Director of Corporate Housing for Edward Rose and Sons, a multi-family realestate developer, owner, and operator.Allyson began her career in the multi-family housing as a leasing professional with Edward Rose.While at Edward Rose, she held several property management sales roles, both for the traditionalrental space, and the self-managed corporate housing vertical within the company, and waseventually promoted to Corporate Housing Manager over the Indiana Division of Edward Roseprior to relocating to Atlanta with National Corporate Housing.As the General Manager for National Corporate Housing, Allyson, oversaw the Southeast (Georgia,Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida). In the fall of 2019, Allyson returned to Indianapolis to accept therole of Director of Corporate Housing with Edward Rose Corporate Housing L.L.C, DBA VIA acompany of Edward Rose and Sons. Allyson leads the corporate housing team that provides furnished and/or corporate housing to all Edward Rose and Sons properties nationwide which is comprised of 157 properties and units. Overseeing the start up and launch of VIA while managing daily operations and sales. Being an active professional in her field, Allyson served as the 2020 and 2021 Chair of theAmbassador Committee for the Indiana Apartment Association. Allyson was also involved with the program committee for the Midwest Relocation Council conference. Allyson has also served on the membership committee for Corporate Housing Providers Association along with having the honor of being the Co-Chair on the Education committee. Allyson is an active volunteer for the Indy Basket Brigade. Allyson is a guest speaker for the Ball State University Property Management Program. In addition to her commitment as a mother and professional, Allyson also holds USA Volleyball Coaching certifications.
