About Allyson Ritchey

Hi there! I’m a graduate student at Bowling Green State University pursuing a master’s degree in media and communication. On campus I can usually be found in one of two places: the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) or Kuhlin Center, home of BG Falcon Media. At the CFE, I work as the graduate assistant for marketing and event planning, overseeing social media accounts for the Center and helping out with our programming. When I\'m not there, I am probably running around campus and the town covering stories for BG Falcon Media, either as a photographer for the print newspaper or as executive producer for BG24\'s newscast. I\'m looking forward to connecting!

   Revive and relaunch newscast after a hiatus, re-engaging the campus community with weekly programming. • Oversee the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality newscasts, ensuring deadlines were met. • Manage on-air presentation aspects, including content organization and live reports, utilizing Inception software. • Recruit and train a diverse team of volunteers and interns to maintain broadcast quality.
