Our goal is to help our clients not only manage their venture funds, but ultimately to help them grow into successful, established, and competitive venture capital firms.• Work with Fund Managers to ensure that the subsequent quarter’s engagements are properly assigned and have adequate resources.• Setup and assign jobs to incoming clients and new employees.• Update engagement workflows to keep the firm on the leading edge of efficiency.• Review work assignments monthly for under or over capacity and propose solutions.• Interview and recruit candidates for job openings.• Ensure successful employee onboarding process.• Coordinate trainings/webinars/workshops for Staff Accountants and Fund Managers.• Counsel Fund Managers on professional development and track CPE.• Develop Quality Control program and participate in reviewing reports before delivery.• Develop and expand upon Standard Operating Procedures with the objective of preparing for a SOC 1 audit.• Maintain SOC 1 compliance.• Negotiate and maintain contracts with large vendors: Bill.com, Xero, ARK, Karbon, IT, Insurance.
