I am a senior Sport Management student at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I am currently in a seasonal role with Kraft Sports and Entertainment, where I am responsible for alumni experience and have responsibility regarding game day hospitality. Through this experience I have gained valuable skills in customer service, relevant knowledge of the sport industry, confidentiality, and marketing skills. I am excited to use these skills in the future as I pursue a career in the sport industry.
