I remotely oversee a diverse team of Account Managers/Marketing Specialists, Designers, and Onboarding staff to meet key performance metrics such as revenue growth, customer retention, and renewal conversions. My responsibilities also include resolving high-level escalations, ensuring client satisfaction with projects across various digital platforms, approving creative content, and overseeing our seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, I manage recruitment, training, annual reviews for a team of up to 21 employees, and the development of departmental procedures, policies, and training materials. I focus on operational efficiency through CRM integration, automation, and workflow improvements. I also create presentations for company meetings, update customer-facing materials, and oversee the department’s advertising budget.
