Research Assistant for multiple projects: Nasal Steroids, Irrigation, Oral Antibiotics and Subgroup Targeting for Effective Management of Sinusitis (NOSES) and Adapting and Implementing a Nurse Care Management Model to Care for Rural Patients with Chronic Pain (AIM-CP). In this role, I have assisted with multiple projects. Most notably, I worked on a scoping review, community engagement studio facilitation, and Spanish translation for AIM-CP, a project aiming to culturally adapt intervention materials for Spanish speakers. I was able to present findings from our community engagement sessions at UW research symposiums. I’m also involved in patient recruitment and enrollment efforts for the PCORI-funded NOSES study at various clinical sites across the city.
