Lead program development, fiscal management, payroll administration, staff supervision, and large-scale community engagement initiatives for all ages. • Manage and monitor program budgets supporting senior and family services, staffing, citywide events, and future programming initiatives, ensuring responsible stewardship of public funds.• Oversee payroll processing, timecard review, and personnel documentation for part-time staff and contract instructors in compliance with City procedures.• Supervise, train, schedule, and mentor part-time staff members, volunteers, and instructors to deliver high-quality, inclusive programming.• Direct daily operations and facility coordination across three senior centers, including park and facility reservations.• Spearhead three annual citywide community events; EGGstravaganza, Pumpkins by the Sea, and the Health Fair; serving over 200 older adults and families, managing logistics, staffing, maintaining open communication with vendors, and on-site operations.• Collect and analyze program data and prepare reports to support strategic community planning and service improvements.• Lead community outreach efforts through website content, social media engagement, and cross-departmental collaboration to expand program visibility and participation.• Partner with social service providers and internal departments, including youth services, to develop community-responsive and intergenerational programming.
