In this role, I serve as a mentor for a group of seven first-year students in the MGT 100 course, meeting twice weekly to guide them through a semester-long consulting project that accounts for 30% of their final grade. I am personally responsible for evaluating 10% of each student’s individual performance. I also provide ongoing support by fostering collaboration, encouraging effective communication, and promoting professional development within the team. This role has allowed me to gain hands-on leadership experience while helping students successfully transition into the college business environment.
