WORK HISTORY

Customer Success Manager @Keepme.ai

I work with fitness and leisure operators across the UK, North America, Middle East, Asia, and Australia to identify where their membership processes break down — and use AI-driven tools to improve customer service, increase sales, and reduce churn. I onboard clients onto AI sales agents, CRM platforms, and retention analysis tools, then translate the data they generate into structured insight reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. I also manage the API and webhook integrations that keep member data flowing accurately and securely between systems.

ABOUT ALLY BARRON

I love helping leisure trusts and fitness operators get more people active across Scotland and the UK. I also know that doing so at scale requires strong data, rigorous analysis, clear planning, and the ability to communicate findings to the people who need to act on them. My approach is always evidence-led, collaborative, and rooted in the day-to-day realities of leisure operators. At Sport Aberdeen, I mapped deprivation against inactivity and built membership products and campaigns to reach underserved communities — delivering record participation levels and award-winning community impact. At keepme.ai, I work with fitness operators worldwide to identify where membership processes break down, and use AI-driven tools to improve customer service, increase sales, and reduce churn. In 2022, I co-founded and chaired the Community Leisure UK Sales and Retention Group — bringing together 40+ UK leisure trusts every two months to share and debate best practice, with talks from Women in Sport, The Richmond Group of Charities, Active Insight, and Big Wave Media.I\'ve contributed to the Scottish Leisure Network Group for over a decade, presented at the 2025 conference on AI in leisure, and have worked, studied, and volunteered in Scottish sport and leisure since I was a teenager. If you\'re working in leisure across Scotland or the UK and want to swap ideas, I\'m always happy to connect — in person or online
