ABOUT ALEKSANDR LIALIUSHKIN

I am a 100% visual thinker with a passion for transforming any data into visual narratives. I enjoy creating on-brand assets: it doesn’t matter if it will be digital content or printed media. I do not produce ordinary pictures but a system and an experience of clear visual communication between people. And I hope it makes life better! That’s the main point I appreciate in my job. I started as a freelance Graphic Designer in 2012 (when I was in my second year of education) by creating content for web and social media. In ten years, I grew to a Senior Brand & Communication Designer taking design ownership for reviewing product positioning and all branding and designing processes. In 2021, I started to teach design as a Graphic Design Learning Materials Author at Yandex. My key values and principles at work: • Collaboration is everything! Honesty is key to efficient teamwork for me. • During the visual research, I try to find touchpoints between the target audience, stakeholders, and the team’s honest opinion. Then, it can be transformed into visuals! • Being open-minded helps me to translate the values of the companies. However, I appreciate my right to be me (like any person in the world). What I am great at: • Designing multi-channel digital and printed experiences, a big fan of A/B testing, and perfect at managing parallel workflows: it’s all about me. • I enjoy developing brand identity and producing content from conception to execution for social, ads, the web, and other media. • I am familiar with Adobe CC, Figma, Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro, etc. I always look for a chance to grow as a person and designer (thanks Google, we have YouTube!). Nowadays, I explore AR and VR design and focus on 3D and motion tracking technologies studying. However, I try to be up-to-date and follow the trends in print, packaging, and marketing design.
