Her work includes market mapping, candidate outreach and qualification, candidate management, referencing support, and search progress reporting.Within the Global Nonprofit, Philanthropy, and Social Enterprise Practice, Ally supports CEO and senior executive searches for mission-driven organizations across a broad range of sectors. She contributes to leadership assessment, candidate development, and client deliverables, helping organizations navigate leadership transitions and build high-performing teams aligned with their missions and values.From early in her tenure at Korn Ferry, Ally led research efforts to establish the firm’s Aging Services Center of Expertise and continues to direct research initiatives in this space. She works closely with the Korn Ferry Institute to develop sector insights that support executive recruitment across senior living, long-term care, and related service organizations.Earlier in her career, Ally worked in the office of Commissioner Kristin N. Johnson at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. She graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Politics and is a proud alumna of National Cathedral School.
