About Ally Oster
I am a sophomore at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business, pursuing a double major in Marketing and International Business. As a selected member of the Smith Business Leadership Fellows program, I have gained valuable mentorship, enhanced my business acumen, and connected with industry professionals. This experience has strengthened my leadership and communication skills, equipping me for success in the dynamic business world.Beyond academics, I serve as the Director of Branding for TAMID at UMD, where I develop marketing strategies and strengthen my organizational skills while deepening my passion for consulting. Additionally, as part of the marketing team for SBLF, Saffron Tech, AyaBlingHome Management LLC, and Alpha Epsilon Phi, I focus on professional branding and strategic communication. These roles have provided hands-on experience in brand management and marketing, helping me refine my ability to create impactful messaging and engagement strategies.Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I am deeply committed to philanthropy. I spent a year living in an orphanage, providing support and mentorship to children from challenging backgrounds. Additionally, I dedicate significant time to working with individuals with diverse abilities, fostering inclusive environments and meaningful connections. As a passionate advocate for Sharsheret, I coordinate volunteers, raise funds, and spread awareness for breast cancer.
