Directed full-cycle implementations, aligning cross functional teams and guiding client stakeholders through the change process to ensure successful adoption. ⁃ Drove on-deadline, on-budget progress for a 4-year program to design central reporting system (app and dashboard) for a global oil/gas company: ⁃ Enabled $45M annual cost savings through implementing Power BI dashboard that improves data visibility at global leadership level to better manage outages for scheduled maintenance. ⁃ Coordinated with client stakeholders from multiple divisions to identify requirements and develop single point of data entry for 30 daily metrics. ⁃ Partnered with analytics, engineering, and operations teams to ensure technical delivery aligned with business outcomes and adoption goals. ⁃ Served as the primary client liaison for system deployment and onboarding, facilitating executive reviews, end-user training, and post-launch optimization.•.
