About Ally Cumming
Working in international healthcare staffing, has given me the opportunity to expand into global workforce programs, learning employment-based immigration, and HR responsibilities and operational support for healthcare professionals coming to the United States. In my current role, I help manage international employee programs, develop processes, and support both employees and clients to ensure a smooth and successful transition into the U.S. workforce.
