I have worked in commercial real estate since 2010, building a strong foundation in construction management, tenant improvements, and portfolio oversight. I gained the majority of my experience at The Irvine Company, where I began my construction career as a Construction Coordinator in 2015 and steadily advanced to the role of Senior Construction Manager.Over the last eight years, I managed the Newport Center portfolio, overseeing a high volume of fast-paced, complex projects in a premier Class A office environment. At any given time, I was responsible for managing 65+ active projects, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, general contractors, and tenants to ensure projects were delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.My experience spans the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, contract administration, and execution.
