ABOUT ALLURA HARRIS
I started my career by joining the Military in 2018, March 11th. This was the beginning to a lot of beginnings. I am currently a PFC 92G in the US Army Guard. My next military goal will be to achieve rank of Specialist and change my MOS to relate to my civilian career. Through the military I have gained numerous skills, such as being a leader, team management, and time management. I pride myself in my Amy values, Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. A door the military has open for me was being able to attend ACI Learning and perusing my ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ Certifications. This is done through the Customer User Support Specialist Program (CUSS). This program providers me with vouchers and college credits. Aiming to get certified in early July. My Career goals will be getting a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering. Down the line I would like to have a position with Microsoft and develop Video games. A passion of mine is gaming, so I am working towards having a career I love and enjoy. Another career goal is continuing my education in the Illustration and Design field with The Art Institute of Atlanta. I am dedicated to reaching my goals within the next 5 to 7 years, no matter what it takes!
