Exited Founder | Product Leader | EdTech Strategist | Product ThinkerI’m an exited founder and product leader who has spent more than 25 years building, reinventing, and scaling technology in the EdTech space.In 1998, I co-founded Innersync, long before “EdTech” was a buzzword. Over the next two decades, we continuously evolved, adapting to new technologies, changing expectations, and the growing need for schools to communicate effectively in a digital-first world. That journey led to the creation of SchoolNow (formerly Campus Suite), a cloud-based communications and website platform designed to help K–12 districts deliver responsive, accessible, and mobile-first experiences.As Chief Product Officer, I lived at the intersection of customer feedback and execution. translating real-world educator needs into intuitive, high-performing products. I’ve worn nearly every product hat along the way: discovery, roadmap strategy, UX, feature prioritization, go-to-market alignment, and continuous iteration.In 2024, SchoolNow was acquired by SchoolStatus. Following the acquisition, I served as Product Manager for Sites (formerly SchoolNow) and also led Forms & Flows. My focus included modernizing the user interface, advancing ADA compliance initiatives, and aligning the product experience with the broader SchoolStatus platform and brand.Today, I’m focused on sharing what 25+ years of building in EdTech has taught me. through writing, mentoring, and selective advisory work. I’m especially interested in helping product managers think long-term: how to listen deeply to customers, evolve without losing identity, and build products that remain relevant across decades, not just release cycles.I remain passionate about one core mission: building technology that strengthens communication, builds trust, and ultimately supports student success.
