Allix Magaziner has over 16 years of experience practicing corporate law on behalf of private and public clients across an array of industries. Prior to her work as Senior Counsel at Pivot Energy, Allix spent 5 years as Senior Corporate Counsel at a major community solar developer, involved in all aspects of renewable energy projects. She is experienced in every stage of solar project development from pre-construction to asset management, as well as solar project financing and sale transactions. Allix also was Associate General Counsel at a high-growth marketing data and analytics company where she was responsible for large volumes of client and vendor contract drafting and negotiations, as well as corporate governance, process improvement, compliance, and policy implementation. Before working in-house, Allix was Of Counsel at a national law firm representing clients in a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, commercial contracts, and secured and unsecured credit facilities.
