My academic background in Psychology and Business from Texas A&M University has allowed me to develop practical skills in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement. In my most recent role as a Corporate Hiring Coordinator at Labatt Food Service, I supported recruiting initiatives, sourced candidates through on campus recruiting efforts, and took part in the full recruitment cycle. Prior to my role with Labatt, I interned at Plexus Corp, where I worked closely with the Director of Human Resources on employee engagement initiatives. My internship focused on fostering a positive workplace culture—I helped plan and coordinate employee events, organized intern programming, and created weekly graphics to promote upcoming activities, competitions, and raffles across the company.
