Provides strategic leadership and direction for 92Y’s Art Center fine arts, design, travel, and youth programs which reach a global audience through on-site experiences in NYC, international excursions, and high quality online courses. • Recruits, supervises and mentors over 60 teaching artists and teaching assistants and the school’s administrative staff. • Develops innovative visual arts programming for students ages four - 104 including over 100 weekly classes, special workshops, and seminars with visiting artists. • Responsible for the center\'s budget and fiscal success. • Serves as Director of 92Y\'s Weill Art Gallery, overseeing and curating nine exhibitions annually. • Oversees 92Y\'s youth merit scholarship program for visual arts which focuses on talent development, college and career-readiness. • Collaborates with the Marketing and Public Relations colleagues to oversee promotion and marketing of the Art Center by developing the brand through print, social media and other digital content. • Cultivates individual donors and corporate sponsors in conjunction with Development colleagues.
