I believe in people. All my life I’ve been a “let’s give it a try!” kinda gal, and found that when I pursued the things that sounded audacious and wild (dot coms back in the 90s, writing books, hosting a TV show, starting my own company), no matter how many people told me it didn\'t make sense, would be too difficult, when I pursued the hard things, life was more of an adventure.Today, I coach clients to conceive of and build the lives they want to live. I work with individuals, non-profits, small businesses, and multinational corporations. People who want change their lives intentionally and feel more plugged in to their work, their friends, their community. Retire 5 years early? Yep. Move your family around the world? Sure! Leave comfortable jobs in NYC, live out of an RV and flip houses? Absolutely! Sometimes it\'s as simple as \"smoke less weed and be more present\",\"get to the top spot in my firm\",\"better balance work, life, and parenthood\",\"feel happy and connected to my family\". For almost 20 years, I’ve run a successful career and life coach practice, helping thousands of people transform their lives. I’m a graduate of Cornell University, and earned a coaching certificate and Master’s degree from New York University. I\'ve written five books, including a DIY coaching guide called Personal (R)evolution, that became an Amazon bestseller. Prior to coaching, I authored cookbooks and hosted TV and web shows. My books include You Can Trust a Skinny Cook and Lighten Up America. I was also the host of TLC’s Home Made Simple, Lifetime’s Cook Yourself Thin, and traveled the country for two years as host of Yahoo’s Blue Ribbon Hunter.
