Joined Orion in October 2014 when it was NorthStar Financial Services Group (now Orion Advisor Solutions). My career started as the Receptionist/HR Assistant and have been on the recruiting side majority of my time. As a Team Lead, I assist and serve as a point of escalation for team members while still taking lead on recruitment for open positions. The challenge of finding the best fit for a candidate is something I love and thrive in.
