Leveraging cutting-edge deep learning technology and data science since 2015 to more accurately predict consumer behaviour and understand nuance, Cognitiv enables brands to connect with their customers in more precise, relevant, impactful moments at scale.Temporary contract (Referred by the SVP of Engineering)- Established a strong IT foundation for a 150-person hybrid workforce across four U.S. offices- Refined and scaled core IT infrastructure, including onboarding/offboarding workflows, device lifecycle management, and vendor intake processes, standardizing processes- Implemented company-wide device management solutions (Iru, JumpCloud) across a distributed workforce for 160 devices, improving security posture and visibility into asset status- Owned day-to-day IT operations, including SaaS administration, license optimization, access management, and end-user support, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for employees- Partnered cross-functionally with People and Finance teams to deliver strategic initiatives, including an office expansion and structured vendor onboarding processes.
