About Allison Moran
I started my career as an engineer, which means I\'ve always thought in systems. How does this process break? Where\'s the bottleneck? What needs to be automated so humans can focus on what actually matters?That mindset led me into learning and program management where I discovered that the hardest part of any technology rollout isn\'t the tech. It\'s the people, the processes, and the culture around it. So I built a career at that intersection: designing the infrastructure, skills, and organizational habits that help teams do their best work. Especially when adopting AI.Over the past 8 years I\'ve designed programs from scratch, automated workflows that shouldn\'t require human effort, launched communities of practice that outlast my involvement, and managed complex cross-functional portfolios from pilot to scale. What makes my approach different is the engineering brain behind the enablement work. I don\'t just design training. I diagnose the system, identify where adoption breaks down, and build the operational infrastructure to fix it. Whether that means configuring an automated workflow, standing up a knowledge management system, or facilitating an executive workshop, I work at the level where strategy meets execution.Technology doesn\'t transform organizations. People do. I build the bridge.
