About Allison Murray
First and foremost, I am a mother to three kids. My work is scheduled around them, not the other way around. At the end of the day, I will never have another chance to laugh with these people when they are this young again. I can always sit at my desk when they are asleep.I entered industrial distribution after college and became increasingly dedicated to improving the customer experience. From complete and accurate data to helpful content to the ease of navigating a website – it all paints a picture of what kind of company you are working with to get what you need. As a customer, this is what I look for. As a client success manager, this is what I strive to give my clients.In all my past experiences, I excelled and found my passion in finding ways to help people. This passion does not stop at finding ways to improve the client experience but includes troubleshooting hiccups in procedures for my peers and enhancing the workplace to reflect positive morale. Life is hard enough, let\'s not make work harder than it needs to be.I believe taking the time to make positive improvements in the workplace benefits everyone – the business, the employees, and the clients.
