New Employee Onboarding Program Development:• Collaborate with PS leadership, hiring managers, and subject matter experts to develop and continuously improve a structured and engaging onboarding program for new employees.• Design onboarding materials, including welcome kits, handbooks, checklists, and presentations, that provide essential information about Geode Health\'s mission, values, policies, and benefits.• Incorporate interactive and multimedia elements into the onboarding program to enhance engagement and retention of key information.Onboarding Logistics and Coordination:• Coordinate all logistical aspects of the onboarding process, including scheduling orientation sessions, arranging facilities and technology resources, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process, addressing questions, concerns, and requests for assistance in a timely and professional manner.• Conduct pre-employment activities, such as background checks, drug screenings, and credential verifications, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment during orientation sessions, encouraging interaction, networking, and relationship-building among new hires.Learning Program Evaluation and Improvement:• Solicit feedback from new employees and key stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding program and identify areas for improvement.• Analyze learning metrics and data to measure program success, including time-to-productivity, retention rates, and employee satisfaction scores.• Make recommendations for enhancements to the onboarding process based on feedback, best practices, and evolving business needs.
