My background includes key account advisory, public outreach and strategic communication, with deep expertise in relationship management, customer perception and program delivery. I’ve led engagement and outreach initiatives for regional, national and multinational stakeholders, translating complex information into inclusive and accessible messaging.Through Alto Intercultural, I design and deliver learner-centered intercultural competence training that helps professionals, teams and organizations communicate effectively across cultural difference. I support intercultural trainers and educators by strengthening their marketing and digital content strategies, clarifying positioning and online presence and developing training-ready content and resources for direct use in workshops and courses.
