As a Senior Marketing Associate, I execute marketing strategies for multiple segments nationally, tailoring content and campaigns to meet the unique needs of the commercial banking groups that I support. My work spans five brands under the Western Alliance Bank umbrella: Alliance Bank of Arizona, Bridge Bank, Torrey Pines Bank, Bank of Nevada and First Independent Bank.Key Responsibilities: • Event Execution & Enterprise Support: Lead the planning, coordination and execution of high-impact events within the Southern California region that cater to the entire enterprise and all business lines. These events extend beyond my direct segments to support the broader Western Alliance Bank footprint. • Social Media Strategy: Partner with the social media manager to align content with overarching bank-wide goals while independently managing the social media editorial calendar for the segments I support. Develop and create tailored assets to drive engagement both internally and externally. • Content Development & Project Trafficking: Manage the creation and trafficking of marketing projects, including sales sheets, tradeshow booths, lead generation and new advertising campaigns from concept to execution, social media assets, event branding, thought leadership articles, client stories, media talking points and landing page copy. Collaborate with external design agencies to produce high-quality materials and ensure compliance approvals are met. • Compliance & Branding Oversight: Maintain a deep understanding of compliance standards and incorporating them into all projects while ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels. Partner with the compliance team to ensure new initiatives meet approval standards.Key Highlights: Launching two specialized national business lines; the Entertainment and Media Group and the Aerospace and Defense Group under the Western Alliance Bank brand.
