Collections & Asset Sharing is one of Bynder\'s highest-traffic product surfaces, serving as the domain global brands use to organize, govern, and distribute content across internal teams and external partners. User research and product analysis pointed to it as an under leveraged driver of retention, but it lacked dedicated ownership. I made the case to leadership to invest in the area, which led to the formation of a new squad where I served as PM. I led product strategy for a transformation of the domain; Improving discoverability, organization, and performance while modernizing underlying systems to reduce technical debt. Beyond the Collections & Sharing surface area, I shaped a forward-looking strategy for the Consumer Brand segment, identifying vertical specific innovation opportunities and creating a vision that considers the role of Generative AI and AI Agents - Determining where these tools meaningfully support manual workflows without eroding the value of human creativity and decision making- Secured cross-functional alignment and resourcing to support a high-impact product surface area, translating ambiguous user signals into a clear strategy and seeing it through to execution- Drove ~72% growth in monthly Collection views and ~57% growth in monthly shares over two years (2024–2026)- Led a 0→1 AI POC Initiative, prototyping and validating AI-powered editing tools for a specific vertical use case to assess user value, quality thresholds, and product-market fit
