Advocacy and outreach- Lead plastic pollution reduction advocacy efforts through data analysis of trash collection from waterwheel trash interceptors in Baltimore Harbor. Lead coalition efforts in plastic pollution reduction policy change.Fundraising- Successfully obtain and manage grants from foundations, private corporations, and government agencies to fund the projects and programs of the Healthy Harbor Initiative.Project Management- Implement the Master Plan for the Baltimore Blueway, a series of water trails and access points in the Baltimore Harbor. Fundraise, coordinate with stakeholders, develop programming, identify infrastructure needs, and create community buy-in through outreach.
