I continue to supervise Special Projects and the Project Management Office/Strategy.(See description in previous role). In my new role, I also supervise Development. Development • Primarily responsible for achieving our annual philanthropic revenue target of ~7m. • Develop a research-based fundraising strategy that will support the achievement of UnboundEd’s mission and vision and organizational goals but that also responds to the larger market and especially aligns with funder priorities. • Develop and execute plans to ensure long-term organizational financial sustainability and drive programmatic growth. • Develop new relationships with prospective funders and develop proposals, etc. to acquire new funding. • Collaborate with programmatic delivery staff to track progress against grants, submit reports, and check in regularly with funders to ensure positive and productive relationships with active funders that lead to renewals, etc. in the future.
