   Embedded in the Visa Product Design System team, my main goal is to help set the strategy and establish content design as a practice at Visa. Our work boosts the quality, cohesion, and accessibility of Visa products to reflect the Visa brand. Our team aligns to Visa\'s goal of connecting the world through financial access, and as designers we do that through building excellent product experiences. I serve a team of Content Design professionals dedicated to Visa\'s design system as a people and project manager. I recently lead our team to create and release a product content style guide embedded in the design system (for all of Visa), created a release name strategy in partnership with our research team and development, and our team continually collaborates to design inclusive and accessible content throughout our components, foundations, flows, and more within the system. Our team also performs technical content reviews and supports a range of strategic projects such as supporting product teams with content design work. I organize the information architecture for the system, working with the design and development team to set the priorities for the system. One of our long-term strategic priorities is to create a single home for our system for designers and developers across all Visa teams where the system’s documentation can be accessed, saving them time and resources. In addition to the design system, I am a content leader helping to build a point of view on inclusive design and product equity and operationalizing it across the company, building a set of design principles in partnership with strategy, and more. I founded and regularly contribute to a monthly content design community series. I have also worked across product teams that need content design expertise and consultation including CyberSource, Crypto UX, and Visa Analytics Platform, resulting in usability improvements (I also developed a case study to showcase content design\'s impact).
