It is rewarding to advise and help defend business owners and managers who are facing the daunting and sometimes emotionally trying experience of being accused of violating an employee’s civil or legal rights. Assisting them to understand the judicial process and feel well-represented is gratifying. She primarily represents management clients in federal and state court employment-related litigation and arbitration.
