I am an Electrical Designer at Burns & McDonnell, a leading engineering, architecture, and construction firm that delivers exceptional projects across the globe. I have over 7 years of experience in electrical design and drafting, and I hold a master\'s degree in business administration and a bachelor\'s degree in design and drafting technology.In my current role, I assist in various phases of planning, site evaluations, analytical designs, report preparation, specifications, and proposal and construction documentation for substation projects. I use my skills in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and electrical design to create electrical schematics, grid plan layouts, power systems, lighting systems, protection and controls, and site and facility design. I also assist with the setup of electrical CAD configuration and procedures according to project requirements for the electrical design team. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions for our clients. My mission is to create innovative and sustainable solutions for the transmission and distribution industry, and my values are inclusion, development, achievement, empathy, and positivity.
