About Allison Jacobs

Hi! I am a senior Student-Athlete on the Women\'s Volleyball team at the University of Michigan. Now a current captain of the team, I am on track to take my 5th year of eligibility alongside a Masters of Management in the Ross School of Business. I am currently pursuing a degree in Communications and Media. I transferred to Michigan from UCLA in May of 2022 and am involved in our Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), Michigan Athletics Communications and PR department, and our Student-Athlete Business Association (ABA). As I continue my passion for learning and development, I am expected to get my Bachelors in May of 2024. I approach everything thrown at me with an authentic, positive attitude and can not wait to see what is out there for me.

   Being assigned to an Assistant Director of External Communications and Public Relations, I perform a variety of tasks ranging from organization and updating athletic statistics and record books, to working with Adobe Indesign, photoshop and social media in the office. On gamedays, there are numerous oppurtuinites to run socials, stats, or any other tasks needed by the SID.
