About Allison Boyd

I’m an experienced Product Designer with over two decades of diverse design expertise. My career transitioned from print and web to a focus on mobile UX. I\'ve been at the forefront of digital design evolution since the launch of the smartphone in 2007, continuously adapting and learning to stay ahead. I’m currently a Sr. UX Designer at Amazon, where I\'ve contributed to various teams including Amazon Photos, AWS, Ads, and Retail. My notable projects range from collaborating with Prime on the launch of Amazon Photos to designing scalable solutions for AWS product launches. I\'ve also had the privilege of presenting innovative concepts, such as \'Interesting Finds,\' directly to Jeff Bezos. One of my recent highlights includes leading the design and launch of an end-to-end scalable solution for Fan Shop, a collaboration between Amazon Retail, Prime Video, and the NFL. Currently, my focus is on AI solutions for both employees and customers, leveraging my visionary thinking to drive innovation. In addition to technical skills, my soft skills include adaptability, curiosity, big-picture thinking, fearlessness, and a nature for building rapport quickly. I believe in fostering a culture of radical and respectful candor, where everyone\'s voice is valued. As a team/culture lead and mentor, I prioritize collaboration, creativity, and trust as the foundation of a successful project.
